TOS, options, and prices

TERMS OF SERVICE:

By commissioning me, you are ACCEPTING these terms.

♡ BEFORE COMMISSIONING:
❥ I ask for a flat-colored reference of the character to work. If none, a shaded picture of the character with its color palette will be accepted as well.
❥ If your character has a cutie mark/tattoos/patterns/etc., a transparent version of it would be greatly appreciated.
❥ Please be as precise and thorough as possible when commissioning me! If you're expecting something precise or if your character has important details, I need to know about it.
❥ Complicated designs will/can add up to the price.
❥ I have the right to decline a commission without having to justify myself.
❥ Payment must be sent before I start. No exceptions. If you don't have the full payment ready, I am not doing your commission. Holds are also not accepted.♡ DURING THE COMMISSION:
❥ You can ask me for updates/WIPs whenever you want! I am available to talk about your commission and will try to reply as soon as possible. I'm available on Discord, however, please keep in mind that I'm still human, and don't harass me/expect me to get it done right away!
❥ If you realize you forgot a detail about your commission, please contact me about it as soon as possible! If I already got too much work done and can't add it without having to change everything I won't be able to change/add it.♡ AFTER THE COMMISSION:
❥ If I somehow missed a detail/got something wrong, you can ask me to fix it as long as it wasn't a mistake from your side.
If you forgot to give me that detail, I couldn't have guessed and thus cannot be held responsible for it. If you want to get it fixed anyway, it'll cost extra and may not be possible. I will not redo a whole piece.
❥ You are allowed to use the picture for personal use and repost it as long as long as proper credit is given. You can use the finished piece to get merch for your own use but are not allowed to use it for any commercial use.♡ ABOUT REFUNDS:
❥ Once you've commissioned me, it is definitive. Please make sure you are fully decided to commission me before doing so.
❥ If your commission ends up being too difficult for me/I cannot do it for whatever reason, or I'm taking an absurd amount of time to get your commission done, I will offer you a full refund.
❥ After the commission is done, no refund will be given unless I obviously and completely missed the instructions you gave me. Mistakes and oversights from your side won't open rights for a refund.
